Via one of my favorite blogs, Inside Out, I learned today that 3 great designers are teaming up for a month long event called Pop Up Co Op. If I didn't live sooooo far away from Australia I would be there in a heartbeat. Find out more info here and here.

BlondeBeard.....

My hubby and I have a good pal. You can call him BlondeBeardBlondeBeard is a talented artist who is as creative as they come. If you love illustration's then you will LOVE what he has to offer!! Make sure you go shopping and show him some support.

Oh and BlondeBeard is married to her.

Jill Crawford....

Jill Crawford is a LA based interior designer and graphic artist. (Read more here.) Her work does not just end with redoing spaces. She has a talent for creating gorgeous murals. Her murals started a number of years ago when she had a short-term loft rental in Tribeca (NYC). She had these massive white walls and didn't want to spend a fortune on art since she would be moving out in 6 months, so she painted the murals directly on the walls. Then other people started wanting them too. All of her murals are painted, but there are different techniques. She currently working up wallpaper designs based on the murals, which will be available onWallpapers To Go sometime in the next few months. Amazing work Jill!!!!!

I love these pieces but....

Have you have ever bought something or received something that you absolutely loved but then couldn't decide where it should go in your home? Well that is my predicament. I adore this tray that I bought at a antique sale and love love the pair of floral prints given to me by a good friend but I cannot decide where there homes should be. Without really knowing my space does anyone have any ideas?

On a funny note...

Recently I have noticed a few misspellings of Simply Grove on some sites and blogs which please don't think I take offense to this. I find it rather funny.
The first one I noticed was Simply Groove. It made me feel very groovy. And then there was Simply Gruve which I'm not sure how you would even pronounce that? But the best one so far is Simply Glove. Yes! I am simply a glove!! I think its clear that I need to post about a glove or gloves or how to incorporate gloves into design....you think? Nice:)
Anyhow, please check back next week for a super great Giveaway and ofcourse some more {Style Tests} and possibly a fantastic Take a Look.
I hope you all have a great April weekend! God Bless.

ModernPop.....

Ryan Beshara of ModernPop made my day when I saw her work! Her prints have such a fun and fresh feel to them. They are not overdone and would be so cute in a grouping. Check out her Etsy and Website.

Personal accessories can be beautifully displayed with the right looking hooks or coat rack.
I love the look of giant calenders. A grouping of varies calenders would look great.
If you are an artist use your eye for shape and color and create a large eclectic mural.
You cannot go wrong with a collection of plates. You just cant.
A giant map is trendy and educational:)
This cloud shelve is a fun thought for a child's space.
Don't forget about Wallpaper! There are so many to choose from now days. Floral, geometrical, traditional. Pick what suits your personality and go for it.

Some wall art...

Dressing a wall can be so nerve wrecking but so rewarding in the end. Sometimes its more that makes it look perfect and sometimes its way less. Whatever it is make it yours and own it! (The photo walls are dedicated to Shana.)
